My Chiropractic Success Story
I met Dr. Nathan at the Olmstead County Fair booth in August of 2009. I was standing by the booth waiting for someone when Dr. Nathan's wife noticed I looked uncomfortable and she offered me a free heat thermal scan. After viewing the results of the scan I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Nathan.
I have been a daycare provider for 24 years and had dealt with shoulder and back pain for over two years. I could not sit, stand or even sleep, which made my career and personal life unbearable. I tried ice, heat, medications, and even took time off from my job but nothing seemed to work.
After receiving a recommended care plan from Dr. Nathan, I started to notice within 3 to 4 adjustments the relief of this miserable pain I had in my shoulders and back.
I have been on my recovery plan now for 3 months. I no longer take prescription or over the counter drugs to deal with the pain I had to make it through the day. I sleep at night (This is so Great!) I no longer have headaches and feel so energized throughout the day.

My Chiropractic Success Story
I was having lower back problems and continuous heartburn as well as not being able to sleep very well. The lack of sleep was interfering with my job and affected how I was treating my associates. I was unable to participate in everyday physical events like basketball, football, tennis and golf. I decided to try something different than taking medicines for temporary relief.
I have been under chiropractic care for almost a year and my overall life has improved greatly. I’ve lost at least 20 pounds! I’m physically active again and doing activities that I once did on a daily basis. I feel that my mind, body and spiritual well being is at its maximum peak and I make a conscious effort to improve those three things on a daily basis. If I was to encourage someone I would tell them to keep an open mind and give the care a chance and let the miracle of chiropractic happen!

My Chiropractic Success Story
For several years I had been giving in to the pain from my scoliosis, thin bones and pain in my right hip that would shoot down into my right leg. Aside from the pain I was experiencing constipation, heartburn, bloating, swollen legs and several other symptoms. My overall structure had become deformed and I was hunched over. Because of all the pain I had to give up most every day exercises like walking and knew I was heading towards being in a wheelchair the rest of my life.
After exploring other methods of treatment I decided to give chiropractic care a try. Within my first month of care I was walking, weight lifting, doing yoga and holding myself much straighter. It's now hard for me to even imagine all the pain I was in just trying to stand tall. Most of my other problems have gone away or improved too.
I wish I would have discovered chiropractic care years ago. I could have avoided several surgeries and all the pain I lived with for so many years.
